We're sorry, but Face Paints, Makeup, Makeup Brushes or Monster Pasties may NOT BE returned due to health reasons.
Items may be returned if unused and unopened within 30 days from when you receive it for a refund on the merchandise. During the holidays, items shipped by between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and all original packaging must be intact. When returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless due to our error. Shipping, handling and all other fees are not refundable.
Returns must be received within 15 days after a return authorization has been issued. Unauthorized, late or opened returns will be refused.
If FacePaint makes a mistake in your order, we will fix it at our expense; just let us know right away! If the mistake is the shipper's, manufacturer's or yours, we will assist you in resolving the situation.
Should your package be damaged in transit, please contact us right away so we can place a claim with the shipper and arrange for replacement shipping. Please allow up to ten days for your claim to be processed and replacements to be shipped. Note that all claims for errors or damages must be placed with us within three days of the delivery date of the package.
